I spend my days watching my 2 beautiful sons nourish, flourish, and grow. As a children's yoga teacher I have the opportunity to partake and observe other little ones as they use their souls and bodies in peace and harmony. In my other life as a Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist, I have been provided with skills to give positive and useful tools to others with love and care.
